    Important Dates

  • Claims Deadline

    Thursday, December 18, 2025
    To be eligible for a payment or account credit, you must submit a timely and valid Claim Form. If you submit your claim form online, it must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on December 18, 2025. If you submit your claim form by mail, it must be postmarked no later than December 18, 2025.
  • Exclusion Deadline

    Wednesday, December 3, 2025
    You have the right to not be part of the Settlement by excluding yourself or “opting out” of the Settlement Classes. If you wish to exclude yourself, you must submit your request for exclusion in writing, and it must be postmarked by December 3, 2025. Learn more in the Long-Form Notice, which you can find at the Documents tab above.
  • Objection Deadline

    Wednesday, December 3, 2025
    If you think the terms of the Settlement, the requested attorneys’ fees and expenses, and/or the Service Awards to the Plaintiffs are not fair, not reasonable, or not adequate to the Settlement Class Members, you may submit a written objection. If you wish to object, you must submit your objection in writing and it must be postmarked no later than December 3, 2025.   • Final Approval Hearing

    Wednesday, February 4, 2026
    The Final Approval Hearing will be held on February 4, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. PST at the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of California, James M. Carter and Judith N. Keep United States Courthouse, 333 West Broadway, Courtroom 14B, San Diego, CA 92101.
